Client: Moreton Bay Regional Council
Project: Shirley Creek Drainage
Duration: May 2014 – June 2014
Project Value: $215,827.00
Project Details: The objective of this project was to keep the Shirley Creek as continuously graded free draining invert in the creek thus allowing unobstructed minor stormwater discharges and reduce the ponding of water that has the potential to be a risk to public health and safety. The works included but were not limited to earthwork, rock layer & geogrid material for construction of access track, excavation works for creek diversion and landscaping. During the construction environmental impacts were successfully kept to a minimum by working continuously around the tide times.
We are working hard at South Pine Sports Complex to finalise construction of the new soccer facilities. These facilities which include a High Performance Club House and a Local Club House facility along with 4 new soccer fields will provide a much welcome addition to the complex. We are sure that after the excitement of the World Cup Soccer recently held in Australia that soccer clubs will be receiving an influx of players.
